White Chocolate Crunch

  • 2 cups Rice Krispies
  • 2 cups Cap'n Crunch
  • 2 cups mini marshmellows
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 lbs. white chocolate, chopped


  1. In a large bowl, combine cereals, marshmallows and pecans. Place chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high for about 3 minutes, stirring halfway through. When melted, stir until smooth. Pour over cereal mixture and stir until well coated. Spread mixture on a large baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Let set until cool and firm. Yields 24 squares.
