  • 2 tbls. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 (8-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 oz fulled cooked ham, thinly sliced
  • 1 oz roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 oz turkey, thinly sliced
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 4 thin slices sweet red pepper
  • 4 thin slices onion
  • 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts


  1. Combine mayonnaise and mustard. Spread over tortillas. Layer each tortilla with remaining ingredients. Roll, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate. Yields 2 wraps.
