Sausage Rolls

  • 2 lbs bread dough
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 tsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. Accent seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1 lb Polish sausage, grated
  • 1 lb. mozzarella cheese, grated


  1. Heat oven to 350°. Prepare dough and place in a warmplace to rise. Pour beaten eggs in bowl; add all seasonings and mix. Add sausage to mixture. Roll out dough to approximately 8x12 inches. Spread mixture onto dough. Top with cheese and roll up. Slice and put in greased pans. Brush with beaten egg and let rise. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Yields 12 rolls.
