  • 1 (8oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 envelope ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup diced red pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/4 cup olives, cut into halves
  • 4 flour totillas


  1. Add spices and vegetables to cream cheese and beat well. Spread ¾ cup of mixture on each tortilla and roll. Chill for one hour. Remove from refrigerator and slice each roll. Yields 4 servings.
