Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. pork sausage links
  • 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can great northern beans, drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can sliced carrots
  • 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbls. dried parsley flakes
  • 4 slices of bacon

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°. Cut sausage links into thirds. Cook over medium heat, turning occasionally. When brown remove with a slotted spoon. Drain on paper towel. Combine sausage with next six ingredients in a 2-quart casserole dish. Top with bacon slices. Bake for 45 minutes. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
