Cassoulet
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. pork sausage links
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can great northern beans, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can sliced carrots
- 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbls. dried parsley flakes
- 4 slices of bacon
Directions
Heat oven to 375°. Cut sausage links into thirds. Cook over medium heat, turning occasionally. When brown remove with a slotted spoon. Drain on paper towel. Combine sausage with next six ingredients in a 2-quart casserole dish. Top with bacon slices. Bake for 45 minutes. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
