Heat oven to 350°. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, butter and honey. Cook and stir until melted. Remove from heat; whisk in oil, mustard, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Cool for 5 minutes. Place salmon in a large foil-lined baking pan; brush with brown sugar mixture. Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Yields 8 servings.
