Broccoli with Mustard Sauce

  • 8 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4½ tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. dill pickle juice


  1. Place broccoli in a steamer basket; place in a saucepan over 1 inch of water. Bring to a boil; cover and steam for 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp-tender. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard and pickle juice. Serve over broccoli. Yields 8 servings.
