Breakfast Hash


  • 2 cups (12 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 2 tbls. butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 8 smoked sausage links, sliced
  • 2 tbls. finely chopped green pepper
  • 6 eggs


  1. Using a large skillet, brown potatoes in melted butter. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in sausage and green pepper. Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
