Baked Crab Salad

  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup quartered blanched almonds
  • 1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs


  1. Toss crab meat, soft bread crumbs and cream together; add next six ingredients. Mix well; spoon into casserole dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30minutes. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
