Baked Crab Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1 cup cream
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup quartered blanched almonds
- 1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs
Directions
Toss crab meat, soft bread crumbs and cream together; add next six ingredients. Mix well; spoon into casserole dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30minutes. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
