Baked Asparagus

  • 5 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 (16 oz) can asparagus, drained
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


  1. Heat oven to 325°. Layer bread and asparagus in buttered baking dish. Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour over asparagus and top with cheese. Bake for 1 hour. Yields 4 servings.
